Ceramics Courses in Lucca

During our workshop, you will learn to shape clay with your hands, create unique and personal objects, and become familiar with basic decoration and glazing techniques. It’s a creative and relaxing experience where you’ll discover the joy of shaping material and take home something truly made by you.

It can also be a unique opportunity for team building, corporate events, or days dedicated to shared creativity.

Book Your Ceramics Course

Our ceramics courses, suitable for all levels, combine modeling and decoration: in the first sessions, you work the clay and shape the objects, and finally, focusing on colors and decorations. The courses are individual or in small groups and take place either in our shop in the historic center of Lucca or at our workshop in the Lucchese countryside.

Note: The objects created during the courses require two firing phases; therefore, it will not be possible to take home the finished product immediately after the lesson. The items will be available for pickup at the location where the course was held after approximately two weeks.

Cost: €60, including materials and firing + a small aperitif halfway through the lesson

Intensive course of 6 lessons, 2 hours each, from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Minimum 5 participants
Use of various clays and techniques: slab, coil, wheel, slip, glazing, and decoration
Each participant creates approximately 3–8 pieces, depending on size and complexity
Cost: €350, including materials and firing

The in-store courses offer a guided hands-on experience, divided into 2, 3, or 4 sessions for a total of 4, 6, or 8 hours, allowing participants to create ceramic objects through all phases, from modeling to the coil-building technique to the finishing with color and decoration.
