Prices

The price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order and according to these terms of sale. RossoRamina Snc reserves the right to modify the price list without prior notice. Shipping costs will be added to the purchase price and calculated based on the weight, quantity, and destination of the order. For international deliveries, any additional costs due to local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

The company assumes no responsibility if, due to unforeseen events or force majeure, it is unable to fulfill the order within the expected timeframe or if any other service disruption occurs. RossoRamina Snc shall not be held liable to the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for disruptions or malfunctions related to internet use and beyond the company’s control. Furthermore, RossoRamina Snc is not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the customer due to non-fulfillment of the contract for reasons not attributable to the company, with the customer only entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
Order Cancellation and Modification
RossoRamina Snc reserves the right, in case of logistical, technical, or organizational difficulties, to cancel an order by notifying the customer via e-mail within 30 days from the day after the order was placed. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to any compensation, except for the refund of the amount paid.
Shipping
Once the order is received and payment verified, RossoRamina Snc immediately processes and ships it. Delivery will occur within 5 working days. Our company uses the services of leading national and international express couriers. Goods are shipped in appropriate packaging to protect the contents. RossoRamina Snc is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Upon receipt, the package should be signed with the note “Received with Right of Inspection” to allow the customer 4 days to check its integrity. Customers are advised to ensure that the number of packages matches the shipping document and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry, and unaltered, including closure materials.
Right of Withdrawal, Complaints, and Product Returns
Under Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw without penalty within 10 working days of receiving the product, provided it is intact and unused. Withdrawal can be requested via e-mail at info@rossoramina.com, including personal details, order number, description of the item to return, and reason for the return.
If a product is defective, does not conform to the website description, or shows visible defects beyond its handcrafted nature or damages not related to shipping, the customer should promptly notify RossoRamina Snc, which will provide instructions for return, refund, or replacement.
Refunds for returned products (excluding shipping costs) will be processed by RossoRamina Snc using the customer’s chosen payment method within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals purchasing for non-business purposes; customers with a VAT number or purchasing for business, commercial, artisanal, or professional purposes cannot exercise this right.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for reasons not attributable to RossoRamina Snc, they may request a replacement within 10 days of receipt. RossoRamina Snc may accept or reject the exchange request (with any price difference settled). Shipping costs for exchanged products are borne by the customer.
In case of breakage, customers should send photos to info@rossoramina.com to initiate the return. Once the breakage is confirmed, a replacement item will be sent at RossoRamina Snc’s expense.
